person called said he was from Martin Fletcher and he would email me all the jobs he has in my area but he never emailed me sounds like the company is FOS

They said they were trying to collect a debt for student loans.

I get regular calls fromthis number saying it is about my credit. I just hang up and do not listen but the calls are very annoying and I want them to stop.

repeated calls and when answered no response, just hangup. 2-3 calls daily

receive calls from this number constantly...no message is ever left....very annoying...on the do not call list....

I don't know what in the devil is going on here but I want it to stop immediately. I am looking at my online CHASE Bank Statement and see that you have been extracting money out (9/28/2009), a lot of it! Firstly, if your telephone number is unlisted it won't protect you against anyone dialing your number and ringing your phone.An unlisted number is NOT an automatically "unavailable: number. Secondly, if your telephone service provider has a feature which allows you to "block" numbers that you know are annoying why not use it? In New York, Verizon offers just such a service. It's called Call Intercept and you can enter up to 25 "annoyance call" numbers. They CANNOT get through to annoy you! If you cannot get this service then just pickup the phone when it rings with this telephone number and hang it up immediately!That's about all you can do!
